Exchange Policy

We strive to make every purchase a magical experience. Should you be less than enchanted with your order, our returns policy is here to help.

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of use, such as opened costumes, makeup, or decorations, are not eligible for return.

All items sold as part of our seasonal Halloween collection are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.

The Return Process:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To ensure a smooth process, please include your order number with the return. Once we have received and inspected the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a standard processing time of 7-14 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will need photos of the item and its packaging. Upon review, we will either refund your purchase or ship a replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping for replacements. You do not need to return the damaged item. For incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid label to ship it back to us.

Lost Deliveries:

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, and your mail carrier. Sometimes packages are left in an unconventional spot or delivered to a neighbor by mistake. If the package is still missing, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the shipping provider. Please note that refunds for lost packages are issued only after the carrier’s investigation is complete.
