Hereford Hop

Hereford Hop has a rich, buttery flavour with grassy and citrus notes from the toasted hops that cover the cheese. It has a semi firm, creamy texture and pleasantly sharp aftertaste. This cheese is made with pasteurised cows’ milk and traditional rennet.
