Maida vale is a semi-soft washed rind cheese made from Pasteurised Guernsey cow’s milk with a vegetarian rennet and a unique delicacy. Its rind is washed with Soundwave, a local IPA from Siren Craft Brewery, imparting tangy, bittersweet, malty notes on the palate and a buttery soft texture. The ale gives it a kick, with its earthy, hoppy character adding to a satisfying salty edge.
